Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for successive delivery of passenger vehicles from the D segment in the police unmarked version.
has not been divided into parts. The framework agreement includes successive delivery of vehicles up to 120 pieces in the period of 24 months of the contract framework.
It requires that the vehicles offered and supplied by the offense meet the conditions set out in Annex No. 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4 to SWZ and in the offer of the offense submitted in the proceedings for the conclusion of a framework agreement, constituting an attachment to the framework agreement.
It requires that offered and delivered by The vehicles were produced in the year of their delivery or were produced in the year preceding their delivery and:
a) they had approval certificates appropriate for a given type of vehicle, issued in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 14.04.2023 on vehicle approval systems and their equipment or Certificate of compliance for a complete vehicle;
b) were free of defects,
c) they came from a legal source and were intended for use in the EU and in the territory of the Republic of Poland
d) they constituted the sole property, they were not burdened with pledge, registered pledge, or other rights of third parties
e) did not roll no proceedings, the subject of which are vehicles
provides for the conclusion of a framework agreement with five contractors, whose offers will prove to be the most favorable of all submitted offers, after granting points in accordance with the criteria for evaluation of offers specified in chapter XVII SWZ.
