Description:
1. The subject of the Order is the conclusion of framework agreements with two advertising agencies for the implementation of long-term marketing activities and comprehensive service of ATL and BTL campaigns. The subject and purpose of the framework agreement is to define the terms and conditions awarding executive orders that may be awarded during the period of validity of the framework agreement. The framework agreement describes the general terms of cooperation without incurring any obligations for either party. 2. As part of ongoing cooperation, the agency will implement: among others the following types of tasks: 2.1. Comprehensive support for ATL and BTL campaigns in terms of strategy development, creation and production of all campaign materials; 2.2.Preparing key visuals (hereinafter referred to as KVs) for campaigns, including developing the text for them material, according to the specifics described in the brief. As part of the preparation of the KV, depending on the concept, the work includes: possible purchase of a photo, drawing, graphics, preparation of production files and electronic versions, reformatting (including press, banners for the website www.gkpge.pl, outdoor); 2.3. Preparation and production of BTL materials; 2.4. Development of a creative line and production of advertising materials for all promotional activities, e.g. supporting PGE's sponsorship projects related to patronage culture and sports, support for CSR activities, image and/or educational communication of strategic projects implemented in the PGE Group, employer branding projects; 2.5.Client Service in full...
