Conclusion of a framework agreement for unit charter services for the purposes of the implementation of geophysical research - WRAKI project
The subject of the contract is the service of renting a vessel with the crew enabling geophysical tests in Polish maritime areas using MBes, SES, MVP devices on the dates specified in the queries. The unit's mobilization will take place at the port of Gdańsk.
1. The Contractor must ensure the provision of the service in accordance with the document "Annex to KZSZ No. 12: Guidelines will give contractors providing services for the benefit of UMG "(Annex 11 to SWZ).
All participants of the cruise have their own individual protective measures, including
• Work vests
• OHS clothing
• helmets
• Work clothing
All participants of the cruise have valid STCW certificates and marine certificates Health
2. The applicant plans to carry out geophysical tests in designated research areas located in Polish maritime areas using a chartered unit. The contracting authority takes weather risk.
3. As a result of these proceedings Annex 2 to SWZ) with all contractors who meet the conditions and not subject to exclusion.
