Description:
4.1 The subject of postparting is the selecting of contractors with whom the Ordering Employers will sign frames of framework, the purpose of which is to determine the conditions regarding the detailed poll on reports where the entrepreneurs will be beneficiaries of financial support provided by the Ordering Party (the beneficiary and economic and financial opinion, respectively), in the mode and on the principles of specific acts of November 9, 2018 on financial support for audiovisual production (i.e. Dz. U. of 2021, item 198) (Act), (b) conduct, in the cases indicated by the Ordering Party, control of the beneficiary provided for in art. 28 of the Act, in the mode and on the principles of specific acts with the preparation of the protocou from the inspection, which is mentioned above (control). 4.2 of the Ordering Party informs, that the subject of the executive polings granted on the principles of the contracts described can be according to the ordering decision, only the subject given for point a) in point 4.1 or only the item given for item b) in point 4.1 or both items given ...
