- Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order consisting in conducting a qualitative study of in-depth IDI interviews with Ukrainian citizens working in Poland (n = 60) as part of a research project implemented by the Institute of Labor and Social Affairs entitled: Qualified Ukrainian workers on the Polish market work. Potential and employment opportunities financed from the state budget under the Science for Society II program, financed by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. The aim of the study is to diagnose the professional situation of qualified and highly qualified citizens of Ukraine who stay in Poland. The research will cover people who have been living for at least 12 months in five large cities in Poland where the share of Ukrainian citizens is the highest: Warsaw, ΕodΕΊ, Wroclaw, Krakow and GdaΕsk, including people who arrived after the outbreak of the conflict with Russia in February 2022 year, as well as those who settled in our country earlier.
