The subject of the flying is the removal of 80 individual patched interviews (IDI) as part of a research project implemented by the Institute of Labor and Social Affairs entitled: Preparation for antiques. Poles in the pre -retirement age about their future granted from the Budet RodkwPastwa as part of the Science for Social Security Program, financed by the Minister of Science and Social Sciences of the Summer. a) 60 IDI with women and many years older than 10 years to settle the statutory retirement age b) 20 IDI with poviat employees (managers and work marks) and voivodships(managers) of work devices one in the poviat labor office from each voivodship and 4 in voivodship labor office.
