- conducting a questionnaire study (n = 800) as part of a research project implemented by the Institute of Labor and Social Affairs entitled: Qualified employees from Ukraine on the Polish labor market. Potency and the misconduct granted from the Rodkw Budet of Pastwia under the Science program for Socialities II, financed by the Ministry of Science and Social Secondary Schools. The aim of the study is to diagnose the professional situation of qualified and highly qualified Ukrainian citizens who stay in Poland. The research will be enhanced by people living in the drinking of large cities in Poland, in which The participation of Ukrainian citizens is: Warsaw, Odzi, WrocΕaw, Krakow and Gdasku, Zarwno OSB, which came after the outbreak of the conflict with Russia in February 2022, as well as those who settled in our country earlier. Under the concept of qualified OSB, people with a minimum of the average Trade education, as highly qualified persons are defined by people with void.
