Description:
Conducting an audit of the current activities of Centralny Port Komunikacyjny sp. z o.o. in the design area in the part relating to other projects (non-airport and non-railway) and projects implemented under the CPK
1 Program. The subject of the Order is preparation byPreparer of the Report, which will present an assessment of the Company's current activities in the field of spatial development activities around the airport, development of the region and other projects implemented under the CPK Program as part of the following projects:
1) Supra-local Development Strategy of Regaon the Central Communication Port,
2) Urban concept for the spatial development of the region and the CPK surroundings,
3) Airport City Stage 1 - Conceptual and planning phase,
4) Cargo City Stage 1 - Conceptual and planning phase,
5) Development planning for the released areas through Okęcie airporte - stage 2.
Additionally, the Report should include an analysis of planned activities as part of the projects planned for launch under the CPK Program for 2024-2030 for projects in the field of Airport City and Cargo City.
