- The subject of the contract is the provision of audit services consisting in controlling the correctness of settlements of expenses incurred in the process of conducting bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, in which it will include the preparation of a written report from the results of this control.
InThe scope of the audit referred to above includes:
1) whether there is no violation of the law, in particular whether the documentation produced by the restructuring advisor is a reflectionThe actions were properly reported to the judge - the Commissioner,
2) whether there is no unjustified removal of funds from the bankruptcy estate, sanation mass or systemic mass
3) whether there is no duplication of the same costs in several proceedings in several proceedings
activities as part of the inspection will coverat least:
1) examination and analysis of source documents provided by the Employer, made available by a restructuring advisor or from other sources (e.g. archives),
2) interviews and cooperation with employees of the Ordering Party, the office of restructuring advisors and other entitieswhich may have the information necessary for reliable inspection,
3) analysis and verification of the obtained data (in particular comparing them with macroeconomic data, e.g. such as rates and market prices), as well as making necessary calculations,
