Description:
Conducting banking services for the budget of the Rewal Commune, subordinate organizational units, the budget department, auxiliary accounts of current and newly established units during the implementation of the order to the full extent resulting from the Public Finance Act. The scope of the order includes: - opening and maintaining bank accounts, - mass transfers, - payroll account, confidentiality of payroll transactions, automatic charging and no maintenance of funds on the account, any configuration of accounts and selection of persons authorized to receive statements, - account of deposit sums - Identification deposits - automatic calculation of interest for each payment made to the account intended for handling tenders, - electronic transfers to accounts in the servicing bank and other banks, - SORBNET transfers, - term deposits, - cash deposits and withdrawals, - overdraft, - issuing certificate, - provision of an electronic service system with free training for employees of all units and maintenance services, the system will ensure the import of payment orders from the payroll program while maintaining salary secrecy, - ...
