Description:
1. The subject of the order is to conduct 4 category B driving license courses for a total of 20 people, participants of the project entitled Support for foster care in Bielsko-Biaej.2. Category B driving license courses will be held in the following order: a) Group I, i.e. 5 foster care pupils, will start the course after signing the contract in the date specified by the Ordering Party, b) in 2026 for 2 groups of 5 people, i.e. 10 foster care pupils (1 group in the first stage, 2 group in the second stage), c) in 2027 for 1 group of people, i.e. 5 foster care pupils.3. The contractor is obliged to conduct a course for candidates for category B drivers in accordance with applicable legal provisions enabling taking the state examination. 4. The Contractor will ensure the organization of a category B driving license course of not less than 60 hours, provided that: the number of hours for classes in the theoretical part of the training cannot be less than 30 hours (one teaching hour is 45 minutes), the number of hours for the practical part of the training cannot be less than 30 hours (one hour of practical driving lessons is 60 minutes).5.
