Prince2 Foundation thematic scope: Principles of the management methodology of prince2 projects; Organization operates in the penny cycle of the project startup, control and closing of project; risk management, quality and changes; adaptation of the Prince2 methodology to the type and size of the project; providing projects on time, within the borders of Budet and in accordance with a specific business justification; Project control and monitoring in accordance with Prince2; Preparation for passing the Prince2 Foundation exam and obtaining the Prince2 Foundation certificate. 2. Agile PM Foundation thematic scope: processes, products, roles, benefits and challenges in Agile PM methodology; Use of agile PM methodology for compounded projects; building correct communication between the organization, ordering a project and a design team; Agile PM techniques and tools and their use in practice; project life cycle conducted in accordance with Agile PM; Preparation for passing the Agile PM Foundation exam and obtaining the Agile PM Foundation certificate.
