- The subject of the order is to conduct and document classes in the field of a corrective and educational program in 2025 for persons using domestic violence, hereinafter referred to as the Program, in accordance with the Act of July 29, 2005 on counteracting domestic violence (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1673), regulation Minister of Family and Social Policy of June 21, 2023 on corrective and educational programs for people using domestic violence (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1163) and the Government Program for Counteracting Domestic Violence for the years 2024-2030, as well as Resolution No. 33.2024 of the County Board in Pile of 26 June 2024 regarding the adoption of the District Corrective and Educational Program for persons using domestic violence for the years 2024-2025.
