Description:
The subject of the contract is:
1 Winter 2025/2026, 2026/2027, 2027/2028 division into 3 parts.
2. The order will be processed as described by the subject of the contract (OPZ) constituting Annex 6 to SWZ.
3. During the performance of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to dispose of persons necessary for the correct and timely performance of the contract.
4. The order will be carried out in accordance with Polish law, in particular with the Act of April 23, 1964, the Civil Code (i.e. U. of 2024, item 1061, as amended) and the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended).
