Description:
The subject of the order is to conduct educational and training classes in the field of civil protection and civil defense for employees of the Municipal Office in Sochaczew, subordinate organizational units and residents of the city of Sochaczew, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of February 6, 2025. The main responsibilities of the contractor will include comprehensive organization and conduct of training in the field of civil protection and civil defense, including preparation of the schedule, implementation of the program, provision of teaching staff, training materials and teaching equipment, and preparation of documentation (attendance lists, reports, minutes). Participant groups: I Office management and employees approx. 137 people (2 days) II Directors of schools, kindergartens and units approx. 22 people (2 days) III Education employees approx. 684 people (1 day) IV Employees of units subordinated to the Mayor approx. 552 people (1 day) per day: approx. 1,395 people Groups of up to 40 people (2 days of training) and groups of up to 60 people (1 day). The task is financed from a special-purpose subsidy from the Masovian Voivodeship Office in Warsaw.
