Description:
1) The subject of the order is: Performance of energy audits for single-family residential buildings together with DPAE, implemented as part of the project entitled: "Mazovia without smog2) The subject of the order is performance of 152 energy audits in single-family residential buildings located in the area The city and commune of Gbin. Specific locations will be provided to the contractor at the stage of contract implementation. Number of audits to be performed by year: Stage I - 2025 (until December 15, 2025) 20 audits Stage II - 2026 (until November 30, 2026) 44 audits Stage III - 2027 (until November 30, 2027) 44 audits Stage IV - year 2028 (until November 30, 2028) 44 audits.3) Energy audit referred to in section 2 shall include in particular: analysis of the current technical condition of the building, including the condition of thermal insulation, heating and ventilation installations; assessment of energy consumption in the building and indication of possible savings; recommendations regarding thermal modernization, replacement of heat sources and other activities improving energy efficiency; audit results: proposed actions and estimation of costs and savings.
