Description:
1. The subject of the order is to carry out an evaluation of support programs for the energy-intensive industry related to energy and natural gas prices in 2022-2024, i.e. government programs called Assistance for energy-intensive sectors related to sudden increases in natural gas prices and electricity in 2022, assistance for the energy industry related to natural gas and electricity in 2023 and assistance for the energy industry related to the prices of natural gas and electricity in 2024 (hereinafter: the program), adopted on the basis of the Act of 29 boiling 2022 on the principles of implementing the support programs of the entrepreneurs in Zwizku with the situation on the energy market in 20222024 (Journal of Laws item 2088). provisions of the contract that will be included in the content of the concluded contract, constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
