Conducting group workshops on the subject psychological support within the Mobile Local Integration Club for project participants: From Cultural Transformation to Local Integration Conducting 540 hours of group workshops in the field of diversity psychology and resilience building mental health is an element of psychological support offered to project participants as part of the Mobile Local Integration Club. The workshops are psychoeducational and developmental in nature, their aim is to support participants in coping with their experiences. discrimination, exclusion and prejudice, as well as strengthening their mental resources in the context of challenges related to cultural and social diversity of identities. The classes are not health services financed by the National Health Fund, but are a free form of support adapted to the individual and group needs of participants identified during the project implementation. Workshops promote better understanding of yourself and others, developing awareness of identity (including cultural, sexual, religious and worldview), as well as shaping attitudes of openness and empathy in social relationships. One group will be led by one psychological trainer throughout the entire cycle
