The subject of the plan is a comprehensive organization of interpersonal training for participants/participants of the project: CIDER-Clubs Clubs of the Midding Transformation of the group, which is aimed at developing the locations of interpersonal competences in the field of communication and building relationships with other people. It occurs by making a group in a group and able to analyze individual aspect of this contact. Training of interpersonal skills is based on the experience of gbok interaction with Ludmi in safe, controlled conditions. It consists in seeing new behavior, confronting the emotions related to them. As such, he is focused on pushing the skills needed in the Middle Ages.
