- The Municipal Sports and Recreation Center in Sosnowiec invites you to submit an offer for an inventory of the existing tree stand within the boundaries of two properties under the permanent management of the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center in Sosnowiec. The subject of the order is: Inventory of the existing tree stand growing directly next to/or within the boundaries of the property located on: a) plot no. 7306/2, district 0009 - within the boundaries adjacent to ul. Sportowa and ul. Sedlak,b) plot no. 605/14, Zagórze district - within the border with plot No. 605/12, along with documentation of the condition of the tree stand, to be submitted as an attachment to the application for a permit to remove trees located within the plot boundaries. When constructing the offer, please take into account that: 1. The order completion date is expected to be January 2026 and may not exceed 14 calendar days from the date of awarding the order. 2. Contractors participate in the request for quotation at their own risk and expense, and are not entitled to any claims from due to a change in the content of the request for quotation and/or its cancellation by the Ordering Party. 3. The offer should be calculated taking into account the applicable provisions of the Act of October 10, 2002 on minimum remuneration for work (Journal of Laws 2024.1773, uniform text) and the regulation of the Council of Ministers of September 12, 2024 on the minimum wage and the minimum hourly rate in 2025.
