The study is a response to challengesformulated in the agenda for sustainable development 2030 and in European strategies - European Green Ład and a new industrial strategy for Europe. The evaluation will serve to support both the process of implementing the regional innovation strategy for Mazovia until 2030 (regionalintelligent specialization strategy, RIS), as well as the process of reviewing the intelligent specialization of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. The purpose of the evaluation will be to assess the effectiveness of the RIS implementation system, including instruments and implementation documents for its implementation and the degree of achieving RIS goals.
