- 1. The subject of the contract is to carry out monitoring fishing with the electropolitan method and the collection of biota on the indicated rivers Poland (12 parts), according to the requirements of the 2013/39/EU directive in 2025.
2. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers in the following division:
1) Part No. 1. Fish monitoring half in 58 rivers, including biota consumption in 4 rivers (Lower Silesian Region) - Annex 1.1 to OPZ
2) Part 2. Fish monitoring half in 41 rivers, including biota consumption in 3 rivers (Kuyavian-Pomeranian region)-Annex 1.2 to OPZ
3) Part 3. Fish monitoring half in 51 rivers, including biota consumption in 18 rivers (Lublin region) - Annex 1.3 to OPZ
4) Part 4. Fish monitoring half in 44 rivers, including biota consumption in 5 rivers (Lubuski region) - Annex 1.4 to OPZ
5) Part No. 5. Fish monitoring half in 44 rivers, including biota consumption in 7 rivers (region Łodź) - Annex 1. - Annex 1.5 to OPZ
