Conducting periodic training in the field of occupational health and safety for employees of MOSiR in Sosnowiec in accordance with the requirements contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labor of July 27, 2004 on training in the field of health and safety higieny pracy (Dz.U. nr 18 poz. 1860 z późn. zm.) 87 employees are expected to be trained in the following professional groups: 5 people - management staff 8 people - administrative and office workers 74 people - manual workers Dates conducting training will be agreed on an ongoing basis with the selected contractor. The training will be conducted in selected MOSiR facilities in Sosnowiec in the following months: January 2026 - 1 training February 2026 - 1 training April 2026 - 2 training May 2026 - 1 training August 2026 - 1 training October 2026 - 1 training The Ordering Party reserves the right to organize one additional training for people who did not take part in the training above (to be agreed with the contractor) After the training, all participants must receive the required certificates after completing the training. The training must be conducted by people who have appropriate professional experience and didactic preparation to ensure proper implementation of the occupational health and safety training program, have the necessary knowledge and necessary authorizations to issue an appropriate certificate. The contractor must have at least three years of experience in conducting occupational health and safety training (documented by submitting references or other documents confirming the conduct occupational health and safety training, e.g. contracts) The Ordering Party reserves the right to invalidate the procedure without giving a reason.
