Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of qualitative research and the presentation of their results. The study will be conducted with key stakeholders of the process of fair transformation in Western Lesser Poland. Key stakeholders constitute a selected group, including units local government, entrepreneurs, trade unions, business environment institutions, NGOs, etc. The implementation will include: conducting 3 table workshops, preparing a final report and preparation and delivery of a final presentation. The workshops will take place in Western Lesser Poland and will be count a minimum of 15 participants (each of the workshops).
2. The description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is Annex 1D to SWZ and it will be introduced as an attachment to the public procurement contract.
3. The terms of the contract are included in the planned provisions of the contract on the contract public, which will be entered into the public procurement contract - template of the contract and constitute Annex 1C to SWZ (are hereinafter referred to as the contract template).
4. The applicant specifies that the Contractor will be obliged to transfer his own property rights to the materials to the contracting authority, in accordance with the contract template.
95 of the Act specifies that it does not require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities in the scope of the contract.
