Description:
The subject of the contract is a research service regarding employers in the Świętokrzyskie labor market, including the diagnosis of demand and operation factors affecting the development of the human capital of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship implemented in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ)-Annex 1to SWZ.
1) The specificity of the subject of the contract does not justify the possibility of dividing.The order provides for the implementation of two editions of the employers' study (+/- third edition of the study under the option of the option). Each study is thematically and methodologically related to each other: to implement the second edition, the contractor will use the research material collected in the first edition and conductcomparative analyzes referring to it. For these reasons, the division of the order would be an obstacle in maintaining the consistency of the service, and as a consequence - it would not meet the expectations of the Employer in terms of both the quality of the service and the rationality of its costs.
