Description:
The subject of the plan is to carry out the soil scientific classification of forested autumn 2019 and spring 2020 in 2024 as part of the Rural Development Program (RDP) for 2014-2020 as part of the program of developmentdescriptive and cartographic worship of land and building records. The afforestation was made on the basis of provisions covered by the program of development of rural areas for 2014-2020 as part of the operation of afforestation for afforestation and creation of green areas under 16 para. 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture andRural development of March 26, 2019 on detailed conditions and procedure for granting financial aid as part of the imposition of support for afforestation and creation of forested areas devoted to the development program for rural development for 2014-2020 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1931, as amended) and in accordance withart. 14 para. 7 of the Act of 28 in 1991 on forests (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 530, as amended).
