Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of services to the Ordering Party in the scope of conducting swimming lessons as part of the Universal third-grade swimming lessons program by people with experience, according to the Weekly schedule of swimming lessons.2. The contractor is obliged to conduct research swimming at the Troclik Indoor Swimming Pool at ul. Gen. Kazimierza Sosnkowski 14 in Bielsko-Biaej and at the Kryta Pywalnia at BSOGKK ul. Jzefa Lompy 7 in Bielsko-Biaja on the days and hours specified in the weekly schedule of third-grade swimming lessons. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in SWZ and: a) Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ Draft provisions of the contract (template agreement). b) Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ Weekly schedule of swimming lessons. c) Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ List of the number of students in individual classes
