Full title: Conducting teaching classes as part of specialization training in the field clinical psychology for people participating in the project entitled: "To the rescue - DIM staff" co-financed by the European Union, from the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 program.
1. The subject of this order is preparation and conduct of teaching classes on specialization courses as part of the specialization training in the field of clinical psychology (basic block: Module I), in accordance with the currently applicable specialization training program in the field of Clinical Psychology, approved by the Minister of Health for people participating in the project entitled: "To the rescue - DIM staff" co-financed by the European Union, from the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 program.
2. This order (Lot No. 1) constitutes: part of a contract awarded in parts, each of which is the subject of a separate procedure. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annex No. 1A-1B and Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
3. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in Annex no 1A-1B to the SWZ and in the contract template constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
