Description:
TESTS OF THE PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF FUEL FROM WASTE WITH CODES 19 12 10 AND 19 12 121. The subject of the order is to carry out tests of the physicochemical properties of fuel from waste resulting from the processing of mixed municipal waste. 2. The Ordering Party requires that the tests indicated in point 7 of this Chapter, were accredited, with the exception of analyzes for the content of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, for which the Ordering Party does not require accreditation. 3. The Ordering Party is responsible for collecting samples and transferring them to the laboratory. 4. Laboratory tests indicated in point 7 subpoints 7.1.-7.13. must be carried out by an accredited laboratory, with the exception of the test indicated in point 7.14. The laboratory/laboratories where the tests will be carried out will be located within the EU, provided that the shipping address of the test sample must be located in Poland. 5. W As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor will carry out laboratory analyzes for a total of 96 samples (12 batches of 8 samples each) of waste with codes 19 12 10 and 19 12 12.
