Description:
1. The subject of the order is to conduct training for the OL and OC authorities and entities, educating city residents in the field of civil protection and civil defense in accordance with the conditions specified in the Act on civil protection and civil defense and in the draft Regulation of the Ministry of Interior and Administration on training programs with scope of population protection and civil defense and requirements for entities conducting training. Topic No. 1: Basic training in the field of population protection and civil defense for staff in offices providing services to population bodies and in other offices, organizational units of local government units and bodies of auxiliary units of the commune. The training program must meet the requirements contained in Annex No. 5 to the Regulation of February 6, 2025 of the Minister of Interior and Administration on training programs in the field of civil protection and civil defense and requirements for entities conducting training. a) The training includes 18 teaching hours, conducted on a stationary basis, with direct, physical contact with the person conducting the classes.
