The order concerns the verification of the correctness of implementation and the results of the research on the time of postal items in the field of universal services in domestic traffic, conducted in 2026 and 2027. The order was divided into 2 (two) parts: Part No. 1 Preparation and verifying the correctness of the implementation and results of the study on the travel time of postal parcels in the field of universal services in domestic traffic, conducted by the designated operator in 2026 and 2027, using the parcel tracking system it uses postal (Integrated System
Part No. 2 Verification of the correctness of implementation and results of the study of the travel time of unregistered letter items, obtained in 2026 and 2027 in the field of universal services in trade nationally by the designated operator, using the existing Procedure for verifying compliance of the performance of postal items time research with the "Instructions for conducting postal time research for a Research Institution", hereinafter referred to as the "Procedure", and the Instructions conducting research on the processing time of postal items for the Research Institution.
