Description:
Part I: Conducting a course in cost estimation in the field of building construction and other areas of civil engineering in the school year 2025/2026 and in the school year 2026/2027 for students of ZS No. 1 in Kdzierzyn-Kol. Course: Basics of cost estimation of construction works along with preparation for work in cost estimating program. Objective of the course: participants will acquire knowledge about cost estimation when valuing construction works and the ability to use a cost estimating program; learning the legal provisions regarding cost estimation methods for construction works. The cost estimation course in using the program should include: lectures and multimedia presentation; classes to learn theoretical and practical issues; exercises using computer software. The course program should include exercises and cost estimate examples. Each student should learn information regarding: 1. principles and basics preparation of the bill of quantities along with exercises - discussion of the legal provisions constituting the basis for the preparation of the bill of quantities; presentation of general rules for billing of works; learning the characteristics of cost estimation for a public contracting authority ...
