- The subject of the order is the preparation of a comprehensive organization of the conference as part of the #Szannieśnieheji project. The event in the stationary version is addressed to 150 people - residents of the Łodź Voivodeship. As part of the above Comprehensive service, the Contractor will carry out the following tasks:
1) assurance conference places,
2) providing speakers and a dedicated spectacle,
3) conference registration service,
4) execution and delivery of promotional materials for conference participants,
5) Preparation of catering.
The subject of the contract was described in the description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ"), constituting Annex 1 to SWZ, which is also Annex 1 to the draft contract (Annex 4 to SWZ).
