Description:
Preparation of a multi -family residential building at ul. Chopickiego 2 in Toruń to the municipal heating network, consisting of: making a room for the needs of the heat/technical room, modernization of heating systems in premises, including the liquidation of stafe stoves, construction, construction internal heating installations and the performance of necessary accompanyors. A detailed description of the subject of the Claim include: 1) Technical design (central heating installation); 2) Technical design (electrical installation power supply for thermal height); 3) Technical specification of the implementation and receipt Construction robt; 4) the bill of quantity. The contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the work in accordance with project documentation (projects, values), technical specifications for the implementation and collection of construction robs, specification of pollution conditions, contracts, and also in accordance with the applicable law, norms, standards and the principles of technical knowledge and administrative decisions.
