- The subject of the order are maintenance work as part of two -time maintenance of flood embankments, located along the rivers on the Dębea catchment board,
scope of work for part. 1-5 includes, among others:
• Mechanical mocking of lichen from the slopes and the crown of embankments,
• manual mocking of dense lichenhard from slopes, crowns and bench of the embankments,
• winning hand -woven lichen from slopes, crown and bench of the embankments,
• manual cutting without grubbing up thick bushes and lining,
• clutching of cut bushes from slopes,
• liquidation of windbreasts with high green green,
• removal of garbage.The contractor is responsible for conducting works in accordance with the contract and OPZ.
Detailed description of the subject of the contract separation for each partOrders include attachments from No. 1.1 to No. 1.5 to SWZ separately for each part of the order.
Contractor - before starting and maintenance - will be obliged to secure nature supervision, consisting in controlling the area subject to maintenance in terms of the presence of animal nests,covered by species protection and in terms of the occurrence of protected plant species. Natural supervision must be implemented in accordance with applicable law, in particular with the Act of 16 April 2004 on nature protection (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1478, as amended),u... - Documents:
