- 1. A short description of the subject of the contract:
The subject of the contract includes the performance of services in the field of maintenance in constant technical efficiency of street lighting, specified in:
a) "List of light points on the roads of the city of Świnoujście", which is Annex No. 6.2 to SWZ,
b) "List of cabinetslighting installed in the city of Świnoujście "being Annex No. 6.3 to SWZ,
c) along with its power supply, to the extent specified in Annex 6.4 to SWZ and
d) performing electricity construction works, specified in the" matter-of-financial scope which is annex No. 6.1 to SWZ (statement of unit prices) related to the removal of street lighting failures resulting from external causes caused by, among others road collisions, acts of vandalism, etc. or related to the need to rebuild/build street lightingresulting from the need to adapt to applicable regulations and changes in the communication system, improve the conditions on the road, construction or reconstruction of the road, etc.
