Description:
1. The subject of this order is the performance of construction works consisting in the conservation renovation of the facade of the main building of the Grand Theater in Łódź, as part of the project: Adaptation and modernization of the space of the Grand Theater in Łódź together with with the purchase of equipment and accessories FENX.07.01IP.040013/24. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the SWZ and in the design documentation constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, which includes: construction design, technical specification and acceptance of works, bill of quantities. 2. Design documentation listed in point 1 contains a detailed description of the subject of the order, technical specification of the execution and acceptance of works, bill of quantities and other information necessary for proper implementation subject of the order. Construction works will be performed in accordance with the conditions specified by the Ordering Party in the contract template, which constitutes Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 3. The works covered by the subject of the order should be performed in accordance with the received documentation design and technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works, bill of quantities, contract and conditions contained in the SWZ and the principles of technical knowledge and construction skills, based on the applicable provisions of the Construction Law and implementing acts issued on their basis, provisions of the Civil Code and others resulting from the specific nature of the subject of the order. 4.
