The Contractor is obliged to PenieΕ Conservation Supervision in accordance with the provisions of: The Act of 23 July 2003 on the protection of monuments and the care of monuments (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 840, as amended), the Act fromOn July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 682, as amended), relevant administrative decisions, guidelines of the Voivodship Conservator of Monuments, and the provision of the contract concluded with the contractors of construction robs. 2. The scope of conservation supervision includes: grades for the compliance of work with permissionconservation, participation in the receipts of conservation, supervisor over the quality of the materials used and consent with conservation guidelines, consultations with representatives of the Voivodship Conservator of Monuments, participation in coordination councils and documenting the course of conservation works,Developing opinions and conservation recommendations, keeping documentation from conservation supervision in accordance with the requirements of the Mazovian Voivodship Conservator of Monuments (MWKZ). 3.
