Description:
1.consisting in the diagnosis of the area in terms of the presence of animal nests covered by species protection and in terms of the occurrence of protected plant species. Natural supervision must be implemented in accordance with applicable law, in particular with the Act of 16April 2004 on nature protection (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1478, as amended), by the Act of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 54, as amended).
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ containing individually for each partSubject of the contract: description of the subject of the order, location maps, values of work and attachments common to all parts. "List of good practices for contractors of undertakings"
