Description:
1. The subject of the order is the construction of the 220/110 kV Żagań station with the introduction of the 220 kv.
2 line. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is in part II SWZ Functional and utility program.
3. Names and codes of the common order dictionary: 45000000-7-construction works, 45100000-8, 45000000-7,45200000-9, 45300000-0, 45500000-2, 71000000-8, 71200000-0, 71300000-1, 71400000-2, 71500000-3.
4. Each time, in all cases in which the contracting authority describing the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, Oreferred to in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the Act, the Employer allows equivalent solutions described if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than the cited. The above means that the contractor may apply the solutions described by the ordering party "or equivalent".
5. Accordingjoke. 101 para. 5 of the Act, the contractor, who refers to equivalent solutions described by the contracting authority, is obliged to show that the deliveries, services or works he offers meet the requirements set by the contracting authority, provided that the contractor proves in the offer, inin particular by means of the means of evidence referred to in art. 104-107 of the Act that the proposed solutions equally meet the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract.
