The Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described, if they make it possible to obtain them features or parameters
The above means that the contractor can use the solutions described by
101 section 5 of the Act, the Contractor who refers to the solutions
equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party, is obliged to demonstrate that deliveries he offers,
services or construction works meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, provided that the Contractor
proves in the offer, in particular by means of evidence referred to in Art.
104-107 of the Act that the proposed solutions are equivalent degree meet the requirements specified in the description
subject of the order.
