Description:
1. The subject of the order is the construction of the 400 kV Choczewo line - incision of the Słupsk - Żarnowiec line.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found In Part II SWZ functional and utility program.
3. Names and codes of the common order dictionary: 45100000 8 Preparation of the area for construction; 45200000-9: Construction works in the field of erecting complete building objects or parts thereof and works in the field of land and water engineering; 71000000-8: architectural, construction, engineering and control services.
4. Each time, in all cases where the contracting authority describing the subject Orders by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the Act, the Employer allows equivalent solutions described if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than the cited. The above means that the contractor may apply the solutions described by the ordering party "or equivalent".
