Description:
1. The subject of the order is "Construction of the 400/110 Jarosław station (system) with the introduction of the Rzeszow-Chmielnicka line switched to 400 kV voltage". The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising option rights.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Part II of the SWZ Functional Program Utility.
3. Common Procurement Vocabulary names and codes: 45000000 - 7.
4. Each time, in all cases in which the Ordering Party describes the item procurement by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 paragraph 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described, if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than those mentioned. The above means that the contractor may use the solutions described by the Ordering Party "or equivalent".
5. Pursuant to Art. 101 section 5 of the Act, A contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies, services or construction works offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particular by means of the means of evidence referred to in Art. 104-107 of the Act, that the proposed solutions equally meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract.
