Description:
A. The subject of the contract is:
I. Implementation of the task "Construction of 5 halls for the Waste Management Plant Nova sp. z o.o. along with accompanying works and land development ", including:
1) construction of Hall A - for a mechanical installation for processing bulky waste and storageand secondary raw materials,
2) construction of Hall B - a warehouse building for storing ready-made compost,
3) construction of Hall C - a warehouse for processed waste on a mechanical line,
4) construction of Hall D - a waste sorting plant and a waste warehouse,
5) construction of a hall E - alternative fuel storage and specialty parkingequipment related to the collection and transport of waste.
Note - Hall E is already partially completed (foundations, underground installations, floor).
II. Ensuring the financing of the order through the purchase by the Bank or the financing institution of the Contractor's receivables for the execution of construction workspoured covered by the subject of the contract.
