The order in question includes: 1) development of design documentation in the scope of: a current map for design purposes, application and obtaining a decision on the location of a public purpose investmento, geotechnical documentation, water legal permits, if required, construction design together with obtaining the necessary arrangements and building permit, technical design, detailed design, interior design of public areas and hygienic and sanitary rooms, provisual identification project on the facade and in the building, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, bills of quantities, investor cost estimates, as-built documentation, including post-construction surveying inventory; , 2) The project is planned on the basis of the approved documentationdesign:, construction of a building (building area approx. 703 m2), construction of a wooden pergola with dimensions approx. 3.40x14.60 m, development area 50 m2, demolition of some of the existing hardened surfaces colliding with the investment (approx. 473 m2), construction of new hardened surfaces, yards, docks and access roads...
