Description:
1. The subject of the order is the construction of an air-conditioning system and modernization of the electrical installation in the design and build formula, consisting of: 1) preparation of a design for the adaptation of a warehouse room with an area of approximately 18 m2 intended for server room in terms of electrical installation and air conditioning system along with comprehensive design documentation and work schedule;2) delivery of equipment and assembly including: air conditioning system, electrical installation and installation and expansion of electrical switchboards;3) implementation of previously designed works;4) carrying out measurements and tests of both installations;5) providing the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (hereinafter referred to as: "STWiORB") and the Material Schedule Financial (hereinafter referred to as "HRF")6) preparation and delivery of as-built documentation of the work performed as well as measurements and tests;7) delivery of device operating instructions and operating instructions in Polish.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to SWZ - Functional and Utility Program.3. Order completion date: 10 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract. If it is necessary to obtain a building permit in order to properly perform the Subject of the Agreement Act of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law, the deadline for the implementation of the Agreement will be extended to 18 weeks from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
