1. The subject of the order are construction works - construction and conservation works in the palace buildingMyśliwski in Julin as part of the project entitled "Protection and development of the cultural heritage of the former Łańcut Ordinance through renovation, conservation works as well as reconstruction and creation of exhibition spaces at the Hunting Palace in Julina Orka V" in accordance with the funding agreement withFEPK.05.05-IZ.00-0005/23
The subject of the contract consists of renovation and construction works and conservation works of the Hunting Palace building in Julin, including:
1) construction and assembly works within the building in the field of structural and finishing elements, according to a detailed description in SWZ andconstruction, executive design, STWIOR specifications
2) performing the full range of conservation works described in the conservation work and project documentation program; including: maintenance of historic mosaic parquet, paneling, ceilings, wardrobes, chimneys, chimneys above the roof, tower-latarnia,elements of balconies, porches, arcades, architectural details on the roof and facades;
3) execution of new installations in the building: electric
a) basic lighting and plug sockets; Silent installations: LAN, CCTV, KD, SSP, Fixed firefighting devices (SUG), SSWIN, visualizationSanitary systems: water, hydrant, external gas and internal, central heating, mechanical ventilation, air conditioning, fogging....
