- 1. The subject of the order is the production and delivery of scenography for the S2 news studio at the Field Branch of Telewizja Polska S.A. in liquidation in Wroclaw, including its assembly, configuration and commissioning. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the method of its execution is included in the designed documents provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the Contract Template.2. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers.3. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers.4. The Contractor will provide a warranty for the completed Subject Matter of the Agreement for a period of at least 24 (in words: twenty-four) months. If the Contractor offers a warranty period longer than the minimum warranty period required in the SWZ, he should provide the offered warranty period in the Offer Form constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. If the Contractor does not provide any information regarding the offered period in the offer warranty, this will be tantamount to the Contractor offering the warranty period indicated in the first sentence.
