Description:
The subject of the order is the construction and equipment of the magnetic resonance imaging laboratory at the NZOZ Łużycki Medical Center in Lubań Sp. z o.o. in accordance with the records of SWZ and the stage and construction of the PN: "Expansion and modernization of the medical infrastructure of NZOZ Łużyckie Medical Center in Lubań sp. Z o.o. at 4 Zawidowska Street in Lubań, in the field of RMI studios with a specialist retrofitting, ".
The construction design is Annex 1.1
The replacement construction design is Annex 1.2
The required technical and use parameters of resonance and equipment constitute Annex 2.
Ordering He transfers a construction project with a final decision, the implementation of the remaining technical documentation (including e.g. technical design and executive design) lies with the contractor.
In the event that the resonance model proposed by the contractor will not be possible to be installed in the designed space, the studio should be redesigned so that the assembly is possible.
If it is necessary to make a replacement project, obtain the necessary arrangements and permits lies with the Contractor.
