- 1. The subject of the order is a construction and installational robotes consisting in "the construction and equipment of a multi-specialist outpatient care team covering POZ and AOS
Ludwika Rydygier in Krakow sp.z o.o. " Located in Krakow, Os. No. 3/9, 008, Nowa Huta.
2. The concise description of the subject of the contract is included in this specification, in particular the functional and utility program constituting Annex 1 to the NIN. Specifications, as well as the draft contract constituting Annex 3 to the specification.
3. Elements of works not included in the calculation Offer or not priced, and resulting directly from the tender documentation (functional and utility program, specification), the Purchaser will consider as valued and included in the offer, without the possibility of any claims of the Contractor in this respect.
